Mein Oldtimer Mixer leistete gute Arbeit!

English:
Pici ist a special kind of noodle which comes from the tuscany. It is made out of durum wheat semolina and usually hand-rolled. It was such a great taste that I decided to buy a Pici maker (have a look at the wooden thing). Soon I will practise my new Pici roller.
School in Germany is starting again soon and time is rare then. For our "fast food" I filled the Pesto in glasses. My old but charming mixer did a good job.

Rezept:
1 Bund oder Topf Petersilie
1 Bund oder Topf Basilikum
4 EL Parmesankäse gerieben
1 Tasse Olivenöl
2 EL Pinienkerne
Salz und schwarzer Pfeffer

Die Kräuter mit dem Olivenöl, Salz und Pfeffer mixen. Pinienkerne anbraten und zugeben. Wieder mixen.

Receipe:
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of basil
4 tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Pine nuts
Salt and black pepper

Mix the herbs with olive oil, salt and pepper. Fry the pine nuts and also put it in the mixer. At least fold in the grated parmesan cheese. You will get a 200 ml Glass of Pesto which is dimensioned for three meals.
